Major is the in-house architecture and design group for one of the largest private developers in New Jersey, The Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE). KRE is a vertically integrated development company that self-performs acquisition, entitlements, construction, leasing and management. Currently KRE builds about 3,000 units a year in the NJ/PA area and is growing both geographically and by volume of development. Major was formed two years ago to oversee all design and launch a new residential brand.
