Jamaica Realty & Marketing Corporation was incorporated on April 14, 1987. Its primary purpose is to engage in the realty business. Prior to its incorporation, its principal stockholder, JAIME B. BIANA was already engaged in real estate management, marketing and had personally handled projects such as Shineland Village (8 has.) in Cabuyao, Laguna and Mariquita Pueblo II in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
