88 employees

Founded in 1988, the Job Service Foundation is a non-profit foundation under private law, recognized as a public utility by the canton of Neuchâtel. Thanks to the support of public authorities and cantonal institutions, the Job Service Foundation is the gateway that allows young people wishing to enter professional life to meet companies in the canton of Neuchâtel. Job Service helps and supports young people, teenagers and students, in their first steps into the world of business. In addition to providing information and advice, the Foundation offers, completely free of charge, assistance programs (counselling interviews, tutoring, courses on job search techniques, skills assessments), a placement service, as well as various professional integration programs (internships), thanks to the company networks that the Foundation has built up over the past 30 years. In addition, Job Service's socio-professional advisors offer training, support courses and various specialized support programs, adapted to each individual's background and situation. During these economic integration measures, the young people, as well as the companies that take them in, benefit from tailor-made follow-up and support from the Job Service teams.
