In July 2012, the Bank was registered by the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) as a branch of Türkiye İş Bankası and started its operations in Batumi. In August 2015, the Batumi branch was transformed into JSC Isbank Georgia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Our bank was established with GEL 30 million in authorized capital. As of December 31, 2023, its authorized capital is GEL 69.2 million, while the share capital is GEL 134 million. JSC Isbank Georgia currently has a branch in Tbilisi, serving corporate and SME customers with a wide range of banking products and services. Isbank Georgia's priorities are to promote close commercial and business ties between Georgia and Türkiye in collaboration with Parent Company, as well as to develop corporate and SME businesses in Georgia.
