Kakode & Associates began in 1982 when Mr. Anil B Pai Kakode established the Proprietary Firm, Kakode & Associates, with a vision to provide exceptional Engineering and Project Consultancy Services, focusing on Land, Building, and PM valuations across industrial sectors. Mr. Anil B Pai has vast experience in various Industries such as Dyes, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Soya Seed Crushing, Solvent Extraction Plant, among others. He has served in senior positions in the capacity of design, development, erection & installations of reactors, tanks and other heavy machinery prior to establishing Kakode & Associates. In November 2015, Kakode Associates Consulting Private Limited was incorporated to expand the scope of services and geographical reach across the nation, extending the activities of the Proprietary Firm. In its 40+ years of inception, kakode Associates has successfully completed over 20,000 assignments with a cumulative value of over INR 10 Lakh Crore.
