Welcome to the reinvigorated Kalol Institute & Research Center, where we have set out on a mission to strive for excellence while providing our students with an engaging and participative learning environment. Our goal is to foster the next generation of leaders by providing them with a solid education and practical experience in the workplace. To accomplish our goals, we will cultivate an environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and allows the student to acquire the insights they will need to tackle real-world business challenges. They will have opportunities to work closely with our new departments such as Career Services and the Centers for Excellence while attending forums, conferences, CEO speaker series, and other academic activities as they prepare for the next stage of their careers. In addition, we will provide a wide range of activities, clubs, services, events, and organizations that will further enhance their experience at our campus. Each of these opportunities will help them to forge a life-changing experience that will extend their perspectives, hone their skills, and prepare them for the profession they desire. We, the KIRC team, believe it is our responsibility to provide students the resources, experiences, and knowledge they require to become tomorrow's principled leaders, creative risk-takers, informed and data-informed decision makers, and entrepreneurial innovators. We will leave no stone unturned in order to keep our commitment to you. The work will be challenging for the students, but we assure you that it will transform them into fearless leaders and prepare them to excel in their careers.
