Kamativi Mining Company (KMC)

A subsidiary of the Yahua Group, Kamativi Mining Company (KMC) is an exploration and mining development company focused on lithium extraction in Zimbabwe. KMC owns 100% of the mineral rights of the Kamativi mining area and is mainly responsible for the mining and mineral processing business of the group. With an investment of US$100 million towards the construction of mining and processing facilities, KMC is developing the mine in two phases. Once complete, the first phase is expected to produce 300 000 tons of lithium concentrate per annum. The second phase of the 2 million tons/year mineral processing plant is scheduled to be complete
