Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP was established in 2014 based on the decision of General Meeting of Shareholders dated August 20, 2014. On the basis of the certificate of registration of the entity as a participant of the Special Economic Zone dated 17 November 2014, Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP is the participant of the Special Economic Zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark" (hereinafter – SEZ “NIPT”), which implements projects on construction of infrastructure facilities of SEZ “NIPT” in Atyrau region.
