Since 2009, Kare Plan, a family-run business, has provided top-quality home care across Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath, and Westmeath. We specialize in supporting the elderly and those with different abilities in the comfort of their homes. Our vetted and fully trained carers are supported by dedicated office staff. Kare Plan is an All Ireland Business Association award winner for 2024 We also offer training courses for carers and families. With our telemonitoring system, we ensure consistent care, tracking attendance and status. Supervisors make regular visits to maintain care quality. Our call service is available from 8am-9:30pm, Monday to Sunday, for support and peace of mind.
