Kolej Matrikulasi Perak (KMPk) is the 6th Matriculation College established in Malaysia. KMPk covers 67,048 acres and is located in Gopeng, Perak. The blue globe background signifies world domination through knowledge, in line with the main colour of the Ministry of Education logo. The shape of the rhombus is yellow, a symbol of determination and success of students which is the basis of the Matriculation College (letter K: M) of the Ministry of Education which ends with the Matriculation College (letter Pk), White for the letter Pk. Yellow for the letter KM is the colour of the Perak state flag. The red and white stripes are the basis of the Malaysian Flag (Jalur Gemilang) which means the goal of National Education and the speed of movement of the education system through the Matriculation Program to compete with the progress of world education entrusted to this College. The entire logo symbolizes the strength of determination and spirit of KMPk to ensure that all students achieve success to fulfil the vision of the country competing with world civilization.
