Center for Lawyers & Official Experts

The "Center for Lawyers, Official Experts, and Family Advisors" was established in 2002, in accordance with the provision stipulated in Article 187 of the Law on the Third Economic, Social, and Cultural Development Program of the Islamic Republic of Iran and in accordance with its executive regulations issued by the Head of the Judiciary on 13/06/2002. Reforming the legal system and the official expert system as an inseparable part of the country's judicial system is the responsibility of the Judiciary, and the establishment of the center has been one of the most fundamental steps of the judicial system in this regard.
