History & Establishment: "Center of Leaders Development" was Founded in 2010, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Center is seeking to create a network of local and global relationships in order to contribute in developing Leaders in profitable businesses non-profitable institutions , and preparation of second and third generation of leaders. The Center's philosophy is based on the principle of qualifying, permanent develop and accumulated for leaders according to a comprehensive system of tools to bring change; so the center is pursuing a systematic long-term training, and follow-up change in behavior; as well as performance measurement.
