Level 20

Level 20 is a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to increase the number of women working in senior investment roles in private equity and venture capital to at least 20%. We provide leading international research and Europe-wide mentoring, networking and development initiatives for more than 6,500 members working in private equity and venture capital. Our 120+ sponsor community participates in our research and roundtables, sharing feedback and practices, and benefits from Level 20’s resources to support their organisation and be a part of change.
