Lexicon has 25+ years of experience in device deployments, maintenance, and repairs. We offer expert repair for the most commonly used devices in schools, with 10+ years of experience supporting 1:1 environments. We serve districts of all sizes and work closely with our K-12 customers to identify ongoing and upcoming challenges. Lexicon operates a 75,000 SF ISO 9001:2015 Certified by NQA repair facility and several satellite facilities. Lexicon’s specialized microelectronics (BGA rework; X-ray inspected welds) and component-level (mainboard) repairs mean our technicians can often repair what other providers would have to replace. Our K-12 solutions are powered by industry-certified quality repair processes and our cloud-based trouble ticketing system, RepairEngine®. Our repair techs receive over 100 hours of supervised training specific to every device model they support. In addition, techs receive three (3) months of QA department reviews for completed repairs. Our Quality Assurance (QA) process for devices mandates that we fix both reported and unreported issues. This means that if you send in a device for a broken screen, we don't stop at just fixing the screen. We perform a full diagnostic of the device to find and repair all other problems, even ones you may not have noticed. This reduces the unnecessary return of recently repaired devices for additional issues and supports our 99+% first-time repair success rate.  Lexicon is an authorized service provider for Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, and Lenovo.
