Since 2016 Legacy Care has been an employee-owned company dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare outcomes. While Legacy Care is small, only 15 fulltime management and technical specialist employees, we deliver big company results. Our dedicated network of over 90 affiliated physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners are united by a passion to serve healthcare’s most fragile patients. They are backed by Legacy Care’s over 100 years of combined healthcare management and post-acute focused technical experience.
