Liberty ARC, a chapter of The Arc New York, is a not-for-profit agency that provides top-quality services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Montgomery and Schenectady Counties. For over 60 years, the organization has provided the area with supports and has grown to include vocational, recreational, residential, day, family support and health-related services to nearly 750 individuals with physical, developmental and other disabilities.
