Lifespan Health is a non-profit community health center serving Hardin, McNairy, and Wayne counties in West Tennessee. Since 1995, Lifespan Health has been committed to bringing exceptional care to all, no matter of patients' income or insurance status. In the last year Lifespan Health has served over 14,000 patients. Providing a high-quality, affordable option has been at the heart of Lifespan Health's mission. In just the last year, we have provided more than $3 million in uncompensated care.
