Lifestyle Management

Lifestyle Management provides custom designed programs that meet the goals, condition level and lifestyle of each client. We provide individual programs through baseline testing, including a health history, VO2 Submax, range of motion, body fat and lean muscle percentage, manual muscle assessment, medication check, anthropometric measurements, nutrition analysis and complete review of orthopedic and/or cardiopulmonary needs.
