Brooks is a 1,308 acre mixed-use community, owned and managed by the Brooks Development Authority. We are governed by an 11-member board of directors that is appointed by the San Antonio City Council. We are a true public-private partnership. Brooks is one of San Antonio’s fastest growing communities and home to more than 50 businesses that employ over 5,000 people.
