Lourdes School Quezon City was established by Capuchin Franciscans in the Philippines in 1955, representing a new direction in the apostolic efforts of the friars who have distinguished themselves as dedicated missionaries, effective pastors, exceptional preachers, and heroic social workers since they arrived in 1886. Having started with just eleven carefully-chosen lay teachers with Capuchin Fr. Jesus de Ansoain as Principal, LSQC is now among the fine and exemplary schools in Metro Manila offering preparatory, elementary, and secondary education. LSQC has earned the prestigious Level 3 PAASCU Accreditation both for its grade school and high school programs. As part of the K-12 program, LSQC offers STEM, ABM, GA, and HUMSS strands for senior high school. LSQC is also a member of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines. Lourdes School Quezon City continues its heritage as a nurturing home for intellectual growth and character formation, shaping minds, hearts, and souls in order to send off into the world persons of Christian holiness, excellence, character, and service.
