Luther Home Of Mercy

Located in Northwest Ohio, Luther Home of Mercy is an organization dedicated to helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as they choose while providing the supports needed to fulfill their hopes and dreams. Founded in 1928, our ministry offers a full range of supports tailored to meet people where they are today and continue to serve them well into the future. Luther Home of Mercy Core Offerings: • Intermediate Care Facility, for individuals with high medical and/or behavioral needs • Community Housing in Ottawa, Wood and Lucas Counties • Supported Living, providing supports within the individual’s home • Day Programs, offering an array of enrichment and employment opportunities • Host Homes, for individuals who wish to live in a family-like environment
