Luxchem Corporation Berhad is an investment holding company incorporated in Malaysia in 1991 as a private limited company. The company converted to a public company in 2007 and is primarily involved in the marketing and distribution of industrial chemicals and materials, with a focus on the PVC, rubber, latex, and FRP/coating industries. In addition, Luxchem Corporation Berhad manufactures UPRs and produces rubber latex chemical dispersions, latex processing chemicals, and specialty chemicals for the latex industry. The company has expanded its business overseas through subsidiaries in Singapore, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Luxchem Corporation Berhad acquired Transform Master Sdn Bhd in 2016, broadening and strengthening its position in the latex industry. The company also acquired 55% equity interest in Lexis Group in 2021, which produces, trades, and distributes chemicals mostly used in the rubber glove industry. Luxchem Corporation Berhad carries approximately 400 different types of industrial chemicals and materials and has established a reputation as a reliable provider of various industrial chemicals and materials, UPRs, and latex chemicals since its inception in 1984.
