The Madrid Association of Equestrian Therapies MAIARA was born in 2007 in order to promote the use of Equestrian Therapies among people with physical, mental and/or sensory disabilities, supporting initiatives for the application of these therapies, favoring the training of specialists in this field, promoting adapted leisure activities and leisure with animals in nature, for people with disabilities and the benefits of therapies with animals. We have been offering support in Equestrian Therapy programs since 2007. We are located in the northwest of Madrid where we currently treat about 50 users a week, from children 2 years old to people over 60 years old, with all kinds of health, development or health problems. learning.
