We’re passionate about creating authentic yet modern Saudi dishes that can be true ambassadors to our Heritage. MAIZ is located on Bujairi Terrace in the Historical city of Al Diriryah which was declared as a UNESCO site in 2010. The area has since been the subject of a painstaking restoration plan aimed at bringing its historical legacy back to life.
