Management Recruiters

I am a high level technology (defense electronics) managment recruiter. My typical candidate has one foot in engineering and one foot in marketing. As such they fit into roles as Application Engineers, Product Manager, Product Development, Directors of Business Development and General Management. Most have basic engineering degrees topped by MBAs or a masters in their particular field. I work both on retainer and contingent.
