MAS Fabric Park (Pvt) Ltd is Sri Lanka's first privately owned apparel intensive free trade zone. Its' operations focus primarily on the development and value addition of fabrics. MAS Fabric Park spans 165 acres located in a tranquil environment in Thulhiriya, bordering Ma-Oya. The Park plays a strategic role in the vertical integration of the MAS supply chain and offers value added shared services to its’ investors. The Park provides a 10 MVA medium voltage power supply through an underground distribution system, purifying (to WHO Standards) and supplying a capacity of 9000 Cubic Meters of water (daily), providing effluent treatment for 4000 Cubic Meters of biological and chemical waste (daily), provide supply chain management solutions, food & beverage with industrial mega kitchen, and chalet accommodation to the investors who operate “plug and play” models. MAS Fabric Park envisions creating sustainable industrial transformation in the apparel industry by introducing best practices and sharing these with other industrial zones as well. Enriching the lives of park residents; both local and foreign, the Park circle program provides a diverse array of activities to do within the park such as rock climbing, forest trailing, off-road driving, bird watching in addition to the other facilities such as a gymnasium with personal trainers, sports grounds, jogging tracks, pools and much more! MAS Intimates Thurulie, Trischel Best Pasific Fabrics, MAS Kreeda Methliya, MAS Fabrics Intimo, MAS Fabrics Matrix & BAM Knitting Pvt. Ltd operate their plants in the Park. MALIMA – RECRUITMENT CENTRE – A recruitment centre established to capture talent required for the existing operations and also upcoming businesses.
