Public Ministry - Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice

The Public Ministry is composed of all the prosecution units in the country and together with the courts, represents the judicial authority in Romania. The Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice (PÎCCJ) in Romania is the highest level prosecution unit in Romania, situated at the top of the hierarchy of the Public Ministry, being led by the General Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
