Montana Department of Agriculture

The Montana Department of Agriculture (MDA) operates more than 30 programs, many of which are funded entirely through user fees. From programs designed to protect producers, consumers, and the environment, to economic development and marketing programs that promote Montana’s high-quality agricultural products throughout the world, the department strives to encourage and enhance agriculture and allied industries throughout Montana.
