The Suriname Port Management Company was founded with the goal to contribute to the coordination of an efficient port system for improving national development. The Suriname Port Management Company is an autonomous state-owned enterprise responsible for the management of Suriname’s main port, the Dr Jules Sedney Port of Paramaribo. The majority of our nation’s imports and exports is transported through this port. Together with our stakeholders, we are continuously focused on supporting our national economy. Our port has proven to be in a class of its own with operations driven by a pursuit of excellence.
