Naftogaz of Ukraine

Naftogaz is Ukraine's largest, vertically integrated oil and gas company. The company is fully owned by the state of Ukraine. Naftogaz of Ukraine's primary business is gas trading and wholesale distribution. The activities of the group's companies cover the whole spectrum of oil and gas business from upstream to retail distribution. Naftogaz group includes Ukraine's largest gas upstream company Ukrgasvydobyvannya, country's leading oil and gas producer Ukrnafta (UNAF:UZ), gas transit system operator Ukrtransgaz, oil refinery group Ukrtatnafta, oil transportation company Ukrtransnafta and a number of enterprises in R&D, overseas exploration and other activities.
