Nafusah Oil Operations (NOO) is the new Joint Operation Company (JOC) formed by the three parties as follows: the Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC), Medco International Ventures Limited (MIVL) and the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA). The joint venture resulted from the agreement is called Nafusah Oil Operations (NOO).
