Nammo UK is a privately held company owned by Nammo. One of 3 locations in the Nammo Space group, we are dedicated to technological advancement in the field of space access and spacecraft propulsion and are a leading provider of Spacecraft propulsion solutions, with a broad international customer base. Nammo UK was originally formed in 1946 as the Rocket Projectile Establishment under the Ministry of Supply at Westcott in Buckinghamshire, as an already well-established rocket research and development site for solid, liquid and gaseous rocket engines, it developed into a manufacturer of spacecraft rocket engines in the mid-90s. For the last 30 years we have supplied our LEROS rocket engines, thrusters, and fluidic valves to both interplanetary and commercial space missions. We provide critical engine technology to the most modern Telecoms, GPS and defence-based satellite applications as well as key missions around the Solar System, including Mercury, Mars, the Moon and Jupiter. More recently Nammo UK has developed into a propulsion subsystems designer and integrator with the addition of our pressure regulation systems and propulsion systems product lines. We can offer service to our customer from individual component provision to bespoke propulsion solutions, and increasingly we are vertically integrating all propulsion aspects so we can focus on delivering substantially shorter leadtimes to our customers. We have a very capable and dedicated team, and we are pride ourselves on finding creative and effective ways to support our customers in their demanding and challenging mission goals. Nammo UK operates over 2 sites in Cheltenham in Gloucestershire and Westcott in Buckinghamshire. We have over 70 dedicated employees and we absolutely love the challenge of space.
