The company was incorporated in 2017 to promote sustainable housing for Nigerians in the face of the deficit been experienced in the sector. To this end, the company has been engaged in the building and selling of its own real estate products ranging from Lockup shops/ Market Stores, Shopping Malls/ Centers, Offices, Warehouses, Schools, Hotels, Duplex Houses, Bungalows and Terraces which are available and affordable to people of all social strata, across the country. Aside from outright sales of properties, the company have also been engage in facilitating rent/lease, joint venture and partnership with credible individuals and corporate organization.
