We are a national membership organisation that has been supporting our NHS colleagues since 2002. Each member organisation enjoys a diverse range of services that are tailored to them, including: * In-house training * Leadership development * Coaching * Business and strategy support * QI support * Team development * Organisational development * Marketing and design support All staff at member organisations can also enjoy a range of additional development opportunities, including access to: * More than 120 webinars and virtual workshops each year * A growing catalogue of online courses * A library of more than 200 useful resources We currently work with 70 NHS organisations on a membership basis. We also work with many others through our national improvement networks (including our Acute Frailty Network and Surgical Ambulatory Emergency Care Network).
