A multi-purpose business park, the BIC provides a wide range of accommodation from shared co-working spaces to small incubator units, executive offices, bio-science labs and large industrial facilities across their 14 acre site in Sunderland, but it’s the access to a wide range of tailored business support that truly sets it apart. The mission of the BIC is to accelerate innovation and entrepreneurship through the delivery of a comprehensive range of professional support alongside providing high quality business premises. Advice, events and a community spirit is at the heart of the BIC offer, committed to providing services to meet the needs of new and thriving businesses. The BIC now offers space in three locations, Sunderland, Business Central Darlington and The Hub Washington.
