The NBL Group has proven to be a dynamic and adaptable force in the F&B industry driven by quality and customer experience, with the ability to evolve, replicate its successes, and expand globally. NBL has taken several steps to adapt and grow from a family business into a structured multinational organization. The Group currently owns and operates: • Royal Gourmet, a state-of-the-art salmon smoking facility in Beirut, which also serves as a processing and distribution center for a range of premium and exclusive seafood, poultry, and meat products delivered to HORECA and consumers. • Supply chain spanning across more than 5 countries, sourcing rare and in-demand premium goods, consolidated in London. • 10 successful F&B brands across the Middle East. Most notably, Meat the Fish, Mayha, Skirt, Maryool, and Backburner. • A franchising model with 5 franchised outlets, and more than 20 projects in the pipeline for the MENA Region through 2025. • Nothing But Love Kitchens, a successful Gourmet Cloud Kitchen venture currently catering to seven in-house brands and one external brand. The model has proven to be profitable and provides the group the opportunity for it to be replicated in new markets. • Meat the Fish Home, a gourmet E-grocer, with over a hundred rare and curated premium products, delivered direct to consumer through Meat The Fish Home. NBL Lebanon currently operates 10 successful brands across the Middle East. What began as a father-and-son-owned B2B salmon business has organically grown into a diverse F&B group, employing 120 employees and covering a unique range of food concepts – spanning artisanal coffee bars, a fusion Lebanese eatery, a dry-aged steak place and a fish and meat shop, to name a few. NBL Lebanon currently operates 10 successful brands across the Middle East and Europe.
