NuFlare Technology, Inc.

It was founded in 2002 as a spin-off from the Semiconductor Equipment Business Division of Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd. Since then, it has engaged in development, manufacture and sales of electron- beam mask writers, mask inspection systems, and epitaxial growth systems which are necessary for the downscaling and sophistication of semiconductor devices.
