OGA, an expert in streamlining complex processes in large and demanding corporations through the development and application of artificial intelligence and operational research models, is made up of a large team of more than 60 professionals including mathematicians, statisticians, data scientists and experts in software development and integration. It is also highly remarkable the link between OGA, as a transforming agent of the industry, with the academic and technological transfer field thanks to its Technological Advisory Board, Grupo CÁTEDRA, formed by 13 professors of great national and international renown specialised in operational research and data science. Based in Seville, OGA is a collaborating partner, among others, of CESUR and the Andalusia Aerospace Cluster, being part of the Space and Innovation Committee; as well as APD and Club Cámara, of the Chamber of Commerce of Seville. OGA has a strong commitment to work-life balance, reflected in its certification as a family-responsible entity - efr - by the Másfamilia Foundation, as well as to society and the progress of Andalusia, recently recognised with the Digital Transformation Award at the 6th edition of the Andalucía Capital 2023 Awards, organised by Onda Cero. Furthermore, OGA, which has been a member of the United Nations Global Compact since 2017, faces the challenge of ensuring that, within its own sustainability, it contributes to both society and the environment on all fronts in which it operates, both in its internal functioning, company model, structure and relations with employees and suppliers; as well as in the business model, the technology it develops and its value proposition to the market.
