In October 1979, more than 40 years ago, we gave birth to OHA Construcciones S.R.L. and our provincial business project quickly grew, fulfilling a very clear social objective, “own housing for all Mendoza residents.” We continuously develop a wide variety of projects, both private and public, in Mendoza, in the provinces of San Juan, San Luis, Córdoba, Neuquén, Salta and Corrientes. Our highly trained staff has put their experience at the service of customer demands in their varied endeavors. Our economic strength has allowed us, on occasions, not only to execute but also to finance their works, with the support of an efficient business and human organization, with great responsibility in their development, execution and control. Regarding private work, it is worth highlighting important horizontally owned buildings such as the Puertas de España Complex, Torres Agustinas Sur and Norte, Athenea Park Tower, Torre de las Américas, Edificio Sobremonte and many others. In turn, private lots such as Prima Terra, Solanas de San Telmo and Bulevares are some of the most important real estate developments carried out by OHA Construcciones S.R.L. in the province. At this moment, in the growing town of San Rafael in the province of Mendoza, we are developing a new subdivision project with shopping and green spaces, unique of its kind in said town.
