One Life Counseling Center

One Life is a series of counseling centers in the Bay Area of California. 🪴 We provide mental healthcare services for anyone at any cost throughout San Mateo County, including in-person or virtual therapy sessions and community support programs. We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization of 100+ skilled therapists and change agents who aim to inspire, educate, and remove mental healthcare barriers.
