Ormoc Sugarcane Planters’ Association – Farmers’ Medical Center (OSPA – FMC) A non-stock and non-profit organization established by the Ormoc Sugarcane Planters’ Association, Inc. (OSPA, Inc.) in the 60’s in response to the healthcare needs of the sugar industry workers. Its primary goal was to provide health care services which are accessible, acceptable and affordable. VISION Quality healthcare services delivered with a heart at the most affordable prices to everyone with particular interest on the sugarcane workers and their dependents and the less privileged sector of society and to contribute through leadership and advocacy, to the future improvements in healthcare for all. MISSION To provide quality healthcare services that are the most comprehensive in our part of the country, delivered with compassion at the least possible cost to everyone especially to the sugar industry workers and their dependents.
