Robert Chase Heishman and Robert Salazar are collectively known as Bob. Their earliest collaborations began in work for fine art galleries, where Heishman would shoot and Salazar would edit. Both would then direct. Together, they developed dozens of short documentaries on artists such as Gordon Parks, Carrie Mae Weems, Michael Rackowitz, and Amoako Boafo (whose paintings adorned Jeff Bezos' spaceship). Concurrently, they've made music videos for Ric Wilson, Chromeo, Free Range, Half Gringa and Woes which have received write-ups in Paste Magazine, Remezcla, Brooklyn Vegan, Lyrical Lemonade, and Pitchfork.
