The Palácio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Wellness is one of the international Grand Hotels that, since 1930, welcomes successive generations. Nowadays, the Palace is still a Grand hotel, but it is also a modern hotel in its functionalities and services, place for corporate events, wedings and celebrations, completely renovated and with the particularity of, despite its grandiosity, being a cosy hotel. The Hotel was distinguished with award for "Best for Meetings & Conferences 2023" by Condé Nast Johansens. Golf do Estoril started in 1929, redesigned in 1936 by Mackenzie Ross, is known as one of the oldest and most emblematic golf clubs in Portugal. Two of the most important tournaments were often held here: the Portuguese Open 20 years and the International Amateur Championship 63 years. A long list of famous players have played at Estoril, including Ballesteros, Montgomerie, Sam Torrance, Canizares, Gene Sarazen, Peter Allis and Bernard Gallacher. The par is 69 (34 35) for a total of 5313 square meters. Indoors, the Estoril golf course has another nine-hole course normally used by beginners, the Blue Course.
