Panther Residential Management is a Boston-based private equity real estate firm engaged in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily communities throughout the Southeastern United States. The firm was founded in 2009 and has since grown into a vertically integrated real estate company with over 120 employees. Since inception, we have developed, acquired or repositioned over 6,500 residential apartment units across 19 multifamily communities with a total transaction value of over $1 billion.
