Parasole is a privately held, Twin Cities based restaurant company. We were founded in 1977 and have been praised for our diverse restaurant concepts. Our concepts include: Mannys Steakhouse, Chino Latino, Muffuletta, Good Earth, Salut, Pittsburgh Blue, Burger Jones, Mozza Mia and Libertine.
