Parents for Community Living KW Inc. (PCL) is a not-for-profit charitable organization. Our mission is to offer meaningful services and support for persons with exceptional needs. PCL provides respite, residential, community participation support, and supported independent living services at thirteen locations throughout the Waterloo Region. PCL provides support and services to over 120 children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities.
