Park Terrace Care Center, a 200-bed facility providing 24 hour comprehensive medical, nursing and rehabilitative care. Park Terrace Care Center provides cutting-edge rehabilitative care for adults recovering from a traumatic brain injury. We also have a specialized disorder of consciousness (DoC) recovery program. We also provide both short- and long-term rehabilitation as well as dementia care. Our services extend to both the geriatric adult who may require 24-hour skilled nursing care as well as adults of all ages who need intensive rehabilitation to return to community living.
