Pasargad insurance Company was registered with Tehran Department for Registration of Companies and Non-commercial Institutes under Reg. No. 290070 on 7 February 2007 with the half paid-in capital of Rls. 450,000,000,000, and it could receive the authorization for its insurance activities for all insurance fields from Iran Central Insurance under License No. 34605 on 18 February 2007.
