PathStone is a Rochester, NY based non-profit community development and human services organization, that provides services to low-income families and economically distressed communities throughout Delaware, Indiana, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Vermont, and Virginia. We are a NeighborWorks America (NWA) chartered organization and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
