A charity, operating in Karachi, Pakistan, committed to providing free quality healthcare for all, independent of caste, ethnicity or religion. PAF has been working at JPMC (Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre) since 1990, reconstructing and renovating buildings, reinstating crucial equipment, and providing free medicine and tests to all those who need it. PAF brought CyberKnife to Pakistan, and is the only facility in the world that treats cancer at absolutely no cost!
